WBS 2024 Player Commitment

We are proud to announce our first player commitment for 2024. Koby Chesterton who participated on our WBS tours from 2017- 2022 has announced his commitment to Vernon College in Texas. 2023 West Coast Tour Wrap up

West Coast 2023 was a huge success! The 30 day West Coast tour started in the Pacific Northwest with 3 vans, 2 SUVs, a trailer, 50 players and one new mascot (Philly). We played in Portland OR, Scotsfbluff NB, North Platte NB, Cody, WY, Port Angeles, WA, Eureka, CA and Bakersfield, CA. We travelled through 9 states and over 7000 miles. Our team earned 13 college offers, 2 Tournament Championships. Combined our 3 teams played 88 games (26 for Black/27 for Red/35 for White 1/2). We look forward to similar success on our Cross Country tour which starts in less than a week.

WBS Player Commitments

Since 2009 graduates of our Tours have gone on to do great things after playing with us. More than 40 have gone on to play professional baseball and over 115 players have gone on to play college ball. Following are some of our commitments over the past 3 years. Colts Alum Join Forces in Manila Philippines

Players from our 2022 Tour season joined forces for the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 18U event in Manila Philippines. Players from USA, Dubai, Saudi and Qatar combined as the MENA Mighty Camels. Register now for the WBS 2023 tour season and become part of our global network of players.

2022 Cross Country Tour Summary

Cross Country 2022 was one for the books! Starting our journey in Los Angeles with games and enough time for an Angels game , we quickly moved on to Las Vegas for some not so cool weather and the bright lights of the Las Vegas Strip! It was nonstop from there! Zion National Park, Colorado National Monument, Rocky Mountain National Park and a Moose! A tour of Charles Schwab Field, home of the College World Series, a drive by of the Field of Dreams and off to Wisconsin! A great facility for a 4 day stretch of games and a Brewers game. The team was invited on to the field at Guaranteed Rate field by Liam Hendriks. Had some fun and photos then watched the White Sox go on to win. Next up was Niagara Falls and games in Buffalo, NY. Everyone always loves getting soaked under the falls! After a stop in Cooperstown and the National Baseball Hall of Fame, we finished up our games in Denville, NJ. There was just enough time to check out Times Square before the last games and airport runs! Nineteen days, 4500 miles, 32 games (combined both teams), countless hours of coaching, mentoring, and practice. New friendships and new adventures…Making the most of every second. That’s what the cross country tour is all about. Can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store!

2022 West Coast Tour Wrap up

West Coast 2022 lived up to the hype! For 30 days we played…we travelled, we explored, we learned. The West Coast tour started in the Pacific Northwest with 3 vans, a trailer and 27 players. We played in Cody, WY, Tahoma, WA, Port Angeles, WA, Eurkea, CA and Bakersfield, CA. We caught a Mariners game, visited Yellowstone National Park, Olympic National Park, the Redwoods in California and Manhattan Beach. We travelled through 6 states and over 5500 miles. Our team earned 15 college offers, 1 Tournament Championship, 2 MVPs, and a silver slugger award. Combined the teams played 58 games (31 for Black/27 for Red). Many friendships were made and a lifetime of memories were created. We had incredible host families in Port Angeles and Bakersfield that took in the teams and made them feel at home. The coaches spent countless hours on details, repetition and fundamentals with each player. Every player left with more baseball knowledge than they started with, a better understanding of the game, and things to work on to continue their progress. We can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store!

2022 WBS Cross Country Tour Update!

Our schedule is almost complete. Most importantly we have finalized our commencement and end dates. This years tour will commence in Ontario, CA on August 1st and complete in Newark NJ on August 19th.

We will have a team for two (2) age groups (18U & 14U). This tour is truly one of a kind. We will play between 16 and 20 games across fourteen (14) states this year. Along the way we will see three (3) MLB games and visit some incredible sights along the trip across the country.

A Tour specific Facebook page will be created closer to commencement of the tour. This will be kept private for ease of communications with players, coaches, family members and host families.

2022 WBS West Coast Tour Update!

Our schedule is almost finished, and we have Tournaments/Round Robin events the first three weeks on tour. We are just waiting for the draws from the tournament coordinators which will likely be around Mid-May.

A detailed email has been issued with specific instructions and forms for this years tour. If you are interested and haven't received it please register and request more info from our Contact Us page.

We will have two teams on this tour and our roster is very diverse. We have kids from all over the world including, Mainland USA, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Dubai, Alaska, Philippines, and Australia. Both teams will play the roughly the same schedule and play in the same tournaments. Most of our players are 19U and our younger kids are very advanced for their age.

Cross Country Tour Aug 2-Aug 20 2021

Our 2021 Cross Country Tour was a huge success. Our players traveled close to 4,400 miles from Los Angeles to New York. Our two Teams were able to participate in 19 games over that 18 day tour inspite of missing a few games at the end of the trip due to weather. Our seventeen state trip was highlighted with stops that included the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansa City, Missouri, Niagara Falls and Coperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. Not only was there lots of baseball played but the teams also watch MLB games in Los Angeles, Cleveland and New York.

West Coast Tour June 20-July 18 2021

Our 2021 West Coast Tour completed in July was a great opportunity for our older players to match up against some tough competition. Our two teams played 27 games in the 28 day trip focussing on the west coast of the US. Our teams participated in 3 tournaments along the way with stops in Cody, Wy, Seatle, WA, Eureka, CA and Bakersfield, CA. The 2600 mile trip was topped off with an MLB game in Anaheim.
